Not every presenter likes animations in their deck and some downright despise them. However, during my time at Autotrader/Cox Automotive, Eric had the opportunity to tell many stories using various means of animating clients' content. Above are a few examples.
Always pushing the limits of design and those of the tools we work with is our passion. Many of our Cox Automotive clients were very pleased when we began experimenting with video backgrounds on presentation slides and made them a staple of our design work.
The above samples were some of the last work Eric did with Cox Automotive. The client requested we create those animations (all created in Apple Keynote) for a series of videos that their video team was working on. These were the intros for those videos, and the client realized that it would take use a lot less time to do those in Keynote than it would take their video designer in After Effects.
